We are a Health Care Recruitment company based in the United Kingdom, looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to work for our Kochi office. Due to the growth in the business, we are expanding the team.
Our company specializes in recruiting Nurses and other healthcare professionals to UK, Australia, and Ireland. then hiring them out to individuals or Organisations. The job involves direct contact with candidates.
The work environment can be very high pressured and as such requires someone who is resilient and able to cope in a fast-paced environment. This post holder required to contact the clients over the email and social media. You will be responsible for contacting candidates and employers on a regular basis. Job Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi
Shift Time: Monday to Friday- 12:00pm- 9:30pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month
Responsibilities and Duties
Main Duties:
- handling incoming and outgoing inquiries
- recruiting candidates and ensuring that they have been carefully checked before they are placed with clients
- Safe recruitment for nurses and other professionals
- monitoring candidate files for compliance with set guidelines and regulations
- Arranging Training courses for candidates
- Preparing their documents
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Requirements :
Experience inthe recruitmentsector preference will be given to candidate with healthcare recruitment experience.
Good verbal and written skills.
Ability to communicate candidate in a professional manner
Goal oriented
Good command of English
Bachelor's degree or Above
Applicant must have Human Resources Qualification and substantial experience. Applications without a covering letter will be automatically rejected.
